In the therapeutic encounter, we create a space, where the person experiences the possibility to express or even put into words and understand his/her worries, problems, desires, intentions.
We focus on the topics that matter to you: that be those your main concern and are relevant for you. Together we explore the sensations, thoughts, feelings that you experience in your everyday life. That is to say those you choose to talk about during the session.
The fundamental aspect of the therapeutic relationship is to establish and develop a dialogue based on mutual respect, trust and acceptance of your universe.
The aim of our co-work is to enhance your ability to reflect on your attitudes, relations, behaviors in a non-judgmental ways, understand the context, and in this way find the most adequate possibilities for your growth (to solve the difficulty).
Your motivation to contact me may be, among many others: worries, stress, anxiety grief, existential questions, uncertainty, or a personal crisis.
It may also be recurrent physical symptoms as e.g.: insomnia, muscular tensions, diffuse pain, restlessness, irritability, tiredness, and headaches.
